To Study Abroad For My Masters Degree

A text from a friend woke me up one Sunday morning. She asked me if I’d ever wanted to study abroad. She said the place is not that far and that the study grant makes it free since the school just started offering its masters degree in nursing. They need students who would some day teach nursing students. I answered yes. But until now, there hasn’t been any update. I hope that I can apply, because it is definitely a nice offer.

An opportunity for higher learning is a good investment, especially if you want to become a college teacher or if you are applying for a higher position in the hospital. Being the head of a nursing department is a big thing. Plus you get to have a good salary. That’s why a lot of newly registered nurses now are aiming for higher degrees – for stability. They get to think of new strategies on how to develop the curriculum and enhance nurse-patient interventions further more. Hopefully, my friend will text back if applications are up for grabs. I’m keeping my fingers crossed!
